Bar manager Lynne Vincent MBII and Licensee Jon Haillay MBII have both been involved in the world of 'liquor retail' for many years - a fact evident in the superb range of wines, spirits (particularly single malt whiskies), liqueurs and beers.

The comprehensive wine list is carefully tailored to our menus as well as providing a delightful selection of wines by the glass (or by the bottle) to be enjoyed on their own. We use the 'Presorvac' system to keep open bottles longer thereby enabling us to offer a wider range of wines by the glass than the usual 'house' selecion.
